HOW TO ORDER Ordering from Victorious Star Ventures is quick and easy! Step 1. Browse Our Products Navigate to the Search Products bar on our home page and click inside. Type in the Size of the shoe you need along with the colour. Eg. "Black37" or "White28". You may also navigate the All Categories button to select your choice from 'Male Shoes', 'Female Shoes', 'Unisex Shoes', 'Backpack', 'Socks', and more. Further navigate the All Brands button to drill down to 'Stellar Steps', 'Crabkids', etc 2. Select Your Items You can click on each product to view further details on it. Choose the products you wish to purchase and select the appropriate size, colour, and quantity where applicable. 3. Add to Cart Click **"Add to Cart"** for each item you would like to order. Review your selections before proceeding to checkout. You may add as many items as you wish to the cart before you checkout. 4. Provide Delivery Information At check out, you have two options to either continue the order on WhatsApp or proceed to book it for delivery. Enter your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions. 5. Confirm Your Order Review your order details and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully received. 6. Order Processing Our team will verify your order and prepare it for dispatch within. If we need any additional information, we will contact you directly. 7. Delivery Orders are delivered within **24-48 hours** for available stock. Our delivery team will contact you before arrival.
